Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the principal point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experiences. Call Handling & Scheduling: Manage both inbound and outbound calls to educate customers on the vehicle acquisition process, then coordinate and confirm inspections, appraisals, and dealership appointments. Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, track leads, and produce regular performance reports to support strategic decision-making. Sales Support & Upselling: Promote current offers and additional services, follow up on high-priority leads, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet acquisition objectives. Proficiency with CRM platforms and scheduling tools; quick to learn new software. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus; automotive knowledge is welcome but not required.
