Call for Interest Chief Executive OfficerNEWCO (1537029 B.C. Ltd.) is the newly created corporate arm of ALIB, focused on achieving self-sufficiency and sustainability through long-term investments and business development. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the company and its affiliates, including forestry, campground, industry partnerships, and business development initiatives such as grant applications.A competitive compensation package will be provided, including an attractive salary, dependent on candidate experience, education, and qualifications. Further details will be discussed in a personal interview. Salary Range: Up to $125,000.00 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week, plus a generous annual leave entitlement.Statement Of OpportunityNEWCO seeks a member of ALIB or from the broader Secwepemc Nation interested in leading as CEO for the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will help realize the vision of a self-sustainable corporation generating its own revenue, creating jobs, and building capacity for members, the Community, and entrepreneurs of Adams Lake Indian Band.
