This role leads a team of operational managers, drives performance management, and implements process improvements while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.Essential Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesExecutes operational strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth objectives within assigned region while ensuring alignment with corporate goals and maintaining service excellence standards.Leads and develops a team of operational managers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while implementing operational standards and best practices.Manages P&L performance within assigned region through effective budget management, resource allocation, and implementation of cost control measures while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, vendors, and Costco representatives, participating in negotiations and partnership discussions.Implements operational improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies while executing risk management strategies to protect the organization's assets and reputation.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect ReportsHires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resourcesIndirect ReportsMay delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reportsTravel and/or Driving RequirementsTravel and Driving are essential duties and function of this jobThis role requires regular travel to field locations within assigned region for operational oversight, team development, and client engagement.Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level:(Required): Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experienceField Of Study/Area Of Experience:8+ years of general/leadership experience in an operations environment, including demonstrated P&L responsibility with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Must have previous experience successfully managing and developing teams of 8+ direct reports.Experience in multi-unit operations and implementing operational initiatives that drive business results preferred.Skills, Knowledge And AbilitiesFrench language proficiency preferredStrong business acumen with focus on financial management and operational metricsExceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teamsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsProject management skills with experience implementing operational initiativesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving abilities with experience in process improvement methodologiesNegotiation and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholdersEnvironmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary RequirementsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
