Reporting to the Senior Clinical Program Director for Surgical Services, the Manager will develop the NRT, a team created to address nursing staffing needs related to patient fluctuations, staffing replacements, and bed capacity expansions. The Manager will also support other clinical areas as needed.The Manager will ensure that NRT staff deliver care aligned with Sinai Healths vision, mission, and standards, complying with relevant legislation and professional guidelines. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing NRT operations through effective resource management, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and shared leadership.About the Nursing Resource TeamThe NRT plays a vital role in responding to the hospitals dynamic patient care needs by providing last-minute RN staffing support across various inpatient units, including General Internal Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Emergency.
