Top responsibilities include: Serve as the local lead for the Milwaukee market, managing and mentoring a growing team of tax professionals. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing proactive, strategic advice in tax and finance. Lead and support business development and networking activities to expand the firms presence and client base in the Milwaukee market. Collaborate with other leaders across the firm to deliver seamless service and drive operational improvements. Contribute to strategic decision-making and firm growth initiatives. Develop and execute local market strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue, growth, and competitive positioning. Involve in M&A activities in Milwaukee. Lead new business development efforts and support team leadership. Software tools used include: CCH, TaxFyle, and AI softwares like TruePrep and Genesis, along with Google and Microsoft Suite. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in accounting and CPA certification. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and organizational needs.
