Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated dental team. This onsite role is critical in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service and a seamless treatment journey from consultation through completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong dental knowledge, organizational skills, and excellent communication to educate patients and facilitate treatment acceptance.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and financial options.Review and explain treatment plans in detail, ensuring patients understand procedures, timelines, and costs.Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely communication of treatment needs.Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments efficiently.Assist patients with insurance questions and help navigate payment options.Follow up with patients to answer questions, provide additional information, and encourage treatment plan acceptance.Maintain up-to-date patient records with complete and accurate documentation.Support the front desk and administrative staff as needed.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of dental experience in a clinical or administrative role.At least 2 years of experience specifically in treatment coordination.Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance billing practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar).Must be able to work onsite during regular business hours.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of dental financing options (e.g., CareCredit, LendingClub).Bilingual a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth benefitsPaid time off and holidaysA supportive and team-oriented work environment
