Job Title : Bilingual Licensing & Contracting Admin (French & English)Pay : CA$ 22.71/HContract type : W2 - 6 months - Without sponsorship or C2CJob Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to assist our national sales force in the distribution of financial service products. This role focuses primarily on education, correspondence, and tasks related to contracting, licensing, and sales field services.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales field, internal and external personnel, and senior management.Accurately and promptly update licensing and contracting requirements in accordance with established deadlines.Respond professionally to inquiries from the sales field, internal and external teams, and regulatory authorities.Prepare both standard and non-standard correspondence, including memos, letters, and reports.Initiate and actively participate in process and database improvement initiatives.Perform general administrative duties such as faxing, photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or related role.Bilingual (French and English), both oral and written.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High level of attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in the financial services industry.Completion of post-secondary education.CSC and/or IFSE course completion.Familiarity with the WinFund platform.
