This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-established branch and drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Branch Manager / Supervisor will:Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business plans to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, cost control, asset management, and overall profitability.Champion a strong customer-focused culture across both B2B (industrial clients) and B2C (consumer customers).Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; foster employee engagement and retention.Support daily operational activities with a hands-on, collaborative 'one team' approach.Communicate regularly with senior leadership on business performance, opportunities, and market insights.Uphold and model ethical, professional behaviour in alignment with company values.Coordinate and participate in regular and annual physical inventory counts.Ensure branch operations align with corporate standards and procedures.Qualifications & Skills:Post-secondary education (college or university degree preferred).Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership and/or sales experience with a strong track record of profitable growth.Proven ability in team leadership, negotiation, and business management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.Results-driven with a positive, professional attitude.Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and coach team members.Entrepreneurial mindset with sound judgment and willingness to learn.Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.Experience in industrial product sales or service is a strong asset.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salaryParticipation in a generous profit-sharing programyour contributions matter and are rewarded.Comprehensive benefits plan including RRSP matchingEmployee discounts on company productsFree on-site parkingA collaborative, entrepreneurial work culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvementReady to take the lead?
