This position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.Why Join?Company Culture: Work with a dynamic and collaborative team known for delivering high-quality high-rise projects and fostering a results-driven environment.Career Advancement: Opportunity to further develop your leadership skills and grow within a company with a strong project pipeline.Compensation Package: Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package, including performance-based bonuses.Opportunity for Growth: Play a key role in the success of prominent high-rise projects while expanding your skills and taking on new responsibilities.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on high-rise construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to monitor project status and address any issues related to scope changes, delays, or resources.Lead and motivate site teams, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest quality and safety standards.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Maintain compliance with safety regulations and site-specific protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all documentation is completed, including reports, safety logs, and inspection certificates.Skills and Experience:Construction Expertise: Proven experience in managing high-rise construction projects, from planning to execution.Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing site teams and ensuring project milestones are met.Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders effectively.Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in site supervision or construction management, particularly in high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial construction.Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.Extra Consideration will be given to candidates with experience in:Site Supervision, High-Rise Construction, Scheduling, Project Management, Safety Compliance, New Build Projects, Quality Control, and Subcontractor Coordination.
