Responsibilities include ideation, design, copywriting, directing content shoots, and owning the visual execution from paid social to tradeshows.You will understand the customer journey and craft visuals and messages that resonate, engage, and convert. The ideal candidate is strategic, execution-focused, self-sufficient, and experienced in building brands through creative storytelling. There is potential for growth into a team leadership role.Key Responsibilities:Creative Direction & Campaign Ownership: Lead creative development for performance and brand campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring results.Advertising & Content Development: Create and manage ads across platforms, write compelling copy, oversee content production, and stay ahead of trends.Brand Stewardship & Design Leadership: Maintain brand consistency, design campaign assets, lead tradeshow branding, and set visual standards.Strategic Collaboration & Optimization: Collaborate across teams, analyze performance data, manage external partners, and contribute to strategy.Qualifications & Core Competencies:4-7 years in a creative or marketing design role, preferably in fast-paced environments.Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel creative execution.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma; video editing skills a plus.Excellent design, storytelling, and communication skills.Experience managing external creative partners.Business-minded with understanding of creative impact on marketing performance.What We Offer:Central Ottawa office, with a minimum of four days in-office.FoodCycler unit for your kitchen.Competitive benefits, group RRSP, flexible vacation, team events.To Apply:Send a cover letter sharing your background, accomplishments, and why you're a fit.
