Youll work across teams and with external consultants to evaluate whether NewAge should invest in domestic manufacturing, and if so, how, where, and at what cost. Job Responsibilities:U.S. Factory Feasibility & Startup PlanningLead the full assessment of launching a U.S. manufacturing facility.Manage third-party consultants and internal partners to evaluate locations, labor markets, government incentives, and infrastructure readiness.Develop detailed capital investment models (CapEx) for factory setup and operations.Cost Modeling & Business Case AnalysisBuild financial models comparing unit economics of domestic vs. offshore production (labor, logistics, duties, materials, overhead).Evaluate scenarios for automation, hybrid sourcing, and vertical integration.Present clear, executive-ready recommendations to inform strategic decisions.Product Sourcing & OptimizationConduct landed cost analysis of imported products, including freight, tariffs, and warehousing.Identify high-cost SKUs suitable for reshoring or alternate sourcing strategies.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with teams in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Product Development to gather inputs and validate assumptions.Support long-term capacity planning and operational modeling.Risk & Opportunity AssessmentIdentify risks and opportunities tied to factory investment or sourcing shifts.Stay informed on market trends, automation tech, and government incentive programs.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTTravel up to 30%, mostly North America (occasionally travel to Asia/Europe) Qualifications Requirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (Masters a plus)610 years experience in manufacturing setup, cost analysis, operations strategy and manufacturing planningStrong financial modeling skills (Excel) and proficiency in ERP/BI tools (SAP, Power BI, etc.)Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and third-party consultantsClear communicator with experience presenting to executive teamsKnowledge of automation, factory layout, or large-scale capital projects NewAge offers :Salary and bonus is based on experience and highly competitive for the right candidateAn opportunity within a growing, fast-paced company, well established in its industryFun!
