Foresight Recruitment Group has partnered exclusively with a leading property management company to recruit a Property Manager, based in Edmonton.As the Property Manager, you will oversee the daily management of a 300,000 sq ft commercial real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, property inspections, contractor management, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard. This Role Would Suit Someone Who Is Self-Motivated, Detail-Oriented, and Committed to Providing Outstanding Property Management Services.A valid Real Estate License in Alberta (required).Previous experience in commercial property management.Strong skills in tenant relations, lease negotiation, and budget management.A base salary of up to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with benefits, 3 weeks vacation, and the opportunity to work with a respected and growing organization that takes pride in the properties they manage and the communities they serve.
