Oversee leasing agents, ensuring occupancy targets are hit and marketing efforts are working. Coordinate maintenance and capital projectswith internal techs and external contractors. Enforce lease compliancewhile keeping tenant satisfaction high. Stay on top of arrears, expenses, and operational KPIs. Be the problem solver.When issues arise, youre expected to act not escalate problems upwards. Qualifications 2+ years experience managing a Residential portfolio You are fully versed with and understand the Residential Tenancy Actand how to apply itin real-world situations. You have a drivers license and reliable vehicle (Halifax-based role).
