Lead a team of engineers and designers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Develop and review mechanical designs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Represent the firm in client meetings, design coordination discussions, and presentations . Conduct construction phase reviews and progress assessments . Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and sustainability best practices . Your Qualifications University degree in Mechanical Engineering . 10+ years of experience in mechanical building systems design . P.Eng designation required . Experience in LEED-certified and multi-disciplinary projects is an asset. Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
