We believe in establishing long-term relationships based on providing purpose-built solutions. We are seeking an Air Drop Systems Technician (Rigger) to join our team. The successful candidate must hold Rigger B accredited by the Canadian Sport Parachuting Association (CSPA), or be a Master Rigger as Certified by the FAA. Main Responsibilities: The Air Drop Systems Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of parachuting equipment. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining, inspecting, and repairing parachutes and associated gear to the highest standards. This role demands a high level of technical skill, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. Core Responsibilities: Inspection and Maintenance of parachutes, harnesses and other related equipment to ensure they meet required standards. Perform regular maintenance and preventive care on all parachuting gear to extend its life and ensure consistent performance. Accurately pack and repack main and reserve parachutes, ensuring they are ready for safe deployment. Execute complex repairs on parachuting equipment, including patching, sewing and replacement of components. Stay updated with the latest CSPA regulations and standards, ensuring all equipment and practices comply with national and international standards Manage and maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs and repacking activities for all parachuting equipment. Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Abilities Required: Rigger B, accredited by the Canadian Sport Parachuting Association (CSPA), or a Master Rigger as Certified by the FAA.
