We invest in our people to empower their thinking and decision making by providing training, mentorship, coaching and accountability to encourage growth and success.Responsibilities:Creating a pipeline of customers by cold calling and sourcing new contactsGreeting customers who visit the dealership and assisting them to select a vehicle that is appropriate for their needsUpdate CRM database with customer informationFollow-up on all post delivery sales to ensure vehicle satisfaction and source possible referralsTest drives with customersVehicle presentation/demonstrationRequirements:Clean and valid BC Drivers LicensePrevious sales experience preferred but not required we are willing to train the right candidateVSA Licencing (valid & up to date, or in process of receiving)Willingness to learn and follow our sales processMotivated self-starterOutgoing/ Positive attitudeCustomer service focusedSchedule:Full time, including SaturdaysBenefits:Extended Health Care, Dental after 3 monthsCompany EventsGrowth Opportunities within Steve Marshall GroupOur customers come from all walks of life, and so do we.
