Prepare monthly commission reports and payments for sales representatives in Canada and the USA to motivate high-performing team members. Conduct HST/GST filing on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with tax regulations. About You: 5+ years of bookkeeping experience is required to perform this role effectively. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software is essential to streamline financial tasks. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records is necessary to maintain accurate financial records. Proven working experience in full cycle accounting is required to handle all aspects of bookkeeping. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers is essential to efficiently process financial data. Excellent understanding of bookkeeping and GL posting is necessary to ensure accurate financial reporting. Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is required to maintain precise financial records. Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English is essential to effectively collaborate with team members. Quick learner and easily adaptable to new tasks is necessary to stay up-to-date with changing financial regulations. Customer service orientation and negotiation skills is essential to build strong relationships with clients.
