As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our residential client portfolio, creating lasting relationships, and driving sustainable energy solutions for homeowners. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of solar energy projects. You will meet a monthly sales target while working with other teams to maintain seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating new leads and converting them into signed contracts. Sales Execution & Performance Tracking: Lead sales efforts from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Project Management, Design, and Finance teams to deliver seamless project execution. Pipeline & Territory Management: Manage a defined sales territory, proactively identifying opportunities and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support, follow-ups, and expert guidance throughout the sales process and project lifecycle. Market Outreach & Engagement: Attend home shows, engage in community events, and schedule evening appointments to maximize availability for potential clients. Qualifications: Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Consultative Sales Skills: Expertise in consultative selling, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close complex deals that align with client needs. Results-Driven & Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and developing sales strategies that deliver measurable results. CRM & Data Management: Proficient in CRM systems to manage relationships, track sales activities, and optimize performance. Self-Starter & Strategic Thinker: Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively present solar solutions and close deals. Valid Driver''s License: Ability to manage a sales territory and attend client meetings with reliable transportation.
