Our dealership offers a wide range of vehicles, and we need a management sales professional who can effectively manage a fast-paced environment, maintain high sales volume, and maximize profitability through financing and upselling products. This role goes beyond standard sales and requires a proactive individual ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Sales: Drive sales of used vehicles, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue in a high-volume dealership Manage used vehicle inventory Maintain a well-balanced inventory and sell each vehicle with maximum gross and minimum expense Financing Expertise: Provide customers with tailored financing options, working closely with B lending companies to ensure smooth financing for all types of credit situations. OMVIC License Required: Must be 5 years experienced, ensure compliance with all Ontario vehicle sales regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Forecast, target, and track monthly sales, profit, and expense objectives Aftermarket and Warranty Sales: Sell aftermarket products, extended warranties, and other protection plans to maximize revenue and ensure customer peace of mind. Managerial Support: Assist in managing showroom operations, mentoring junior sales staff, and handling any escalated customer issues. Help maintain the smooth operation of a high-turnover inventory. Customer Retention: Develop long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups, ensuring repeat business and strong referral networks. Business Development: Contribute ideas to streamline the sales process, enhance customer experience, and explore new avenues for business expansion. Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about a diverse range of vehicles in our inventory, including various makes, models, and their respective financing and warranty options. The Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in automotive sales , particularly in high-volume environments. OMVIC licensed and in good standing. Strong financial background with proven experience in working with all lending companies and other non-traditional financing options. Proven track record of upselling warranties, protection plans, and aftermarket products. Ability to manage multiple sales processes efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing or mentoring sales teams is a plus. Track and post daily sales performance Experience with PBS systems is a plus, but not required.
