Overview We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Directory Assistance Representative . In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to users of our network, utilizing your excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear and accurate information. This is an ideal position for someone who has excellent listening skills, can multi-task with ease, and possesses a genuine desire to help others. As a directory assistance agent , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and it''s essential that you have a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Responsibilities You will answer calls and provide various services, including directory assistance, international call transfer, and emergency call forwarding; You will perform tasks simultaneously, such as listening actively to requests, searching in computerized applications, and taking note of information in required fields; You will demonstrate rigor in respecting established objectives and procedures; You will offer courteous and professional service and support, meeting quality standards; You will identify and communicate irregular situations when necessary. Qualifications You must be available to work full-time, Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Atlantic time, with potential night shifts depending on business needs; You must reside near our office to commute every work day; You must be fluently bilingual (English and French) with excellent oral and written communication skills; You must have a typing speed of 30 words per minute; You must be able to multi-task in a computerized environment; You must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others.
