Here, you will make an impact by: AssistingPM Coordinator with standard daily tasks: Printing,scheduling, anddistributingupcoming PMs Ensuringon-time completion of PMs Filingcompleted PMs AssistingMRO Coordinator with standard daily tasks: Receivingmaterial;issuing,distributing, orstoringin the appropriate location Creatingandmaintaininglabeling for stocked items using in-house labeling software Supportingcycle counting activities within the stockroom General housekeeping of Maintenance work areas and stockrooms Performingadditional administrative duties as assigned through the Maintenance and Engineering departments Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Technical Diploma and/or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or higher from an accredited institution Stockroom experience Preventative maintenance experience Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.) Working knowledge of ERP software (e.g. SAP) Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
