Your local Wendy''s located on 2456 Bank Street is looking for crew members, shift supervisors as well as an Assistant Manager. Working with us will help you gain knowledge in the QSR industry and will give you the tools and assets to be apart of something special as well as to help you become a leader in any field. We are looking for individuals who can work morning shifts, mid shifts as well overnight shifts. Working with us will help many achieve their goals & sky is the limit! As a Food Service Crew, Supervisor, or Assistant, you are the perfect blend of mentor and team captain. You lead your team through your shift with a positive attitude. You set an example by placing guests as your highest priority and role model exceptional guest service. You spot opportunities to improve the business and you are able to effectively communicate with the management team. With 1-2 years of Food Service Supervisor experience you are qualified to be in this leadership role. You are guest focused, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment. WORK CONDITION & PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES: > Fast-paced environment > Repetitive Task > Standing for extended periods > Work under pressure PERSONAL SUITABILITY: > Team player > Effeicient interpersonal skills > Flexibility > Reliability > Client focus TASKS: > Bring clean dishes, flatware & other items to serving areas and set tables > Clean & sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, & waste disposal units > Clear & clean tables, trays & chairs. > Place dishes in storage area, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas > Package take-out food, portion and wrap foods > Prepare, heat and finish simple food items > Serve customers at counters, take customers orders > Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice & trim foodstuffs > Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment > remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, wash, peel & cut vegetables.
