Title: Content DesignerDuration: 12+ monthsLocation: Hybrid, onsite 2x per week downtownOur financial services client is looking for a Content Designer to join their team. This will be 12+ months, 38 hours per week, and onsite 2x per week downtown Toronto. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research to understand user needs and behaviorsDevelop information architecture and wireframes for digital productsCreate prototypes and high-fidelity designs for user testingCollaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibilityImplement accessibility best practices in all designsEnsure designs are optimized for SEO and performanceParticipate in design reviews and provide constructive feedbackStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital designQualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fieldProven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer or similar roleStrong portfolio showcasing design process and product outcomesProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of information architecture and interaction design principlesExperience with user research methodologies and testing
