FACILITIES/EVENTS COORDINATORTEMPORARYTORONTO, ONDo you have experience in facilities maintenance?Are you an expert at planning and running events?Do you have incredible client service skills and a no job to big attitude?The CompanyOur Client works with a large range of professional services to equip businesses to grow and succeed.Company Perks and RewardsCompetitive Pay Rate ($31/hr)Great, accessible downtown locationsFantastic team of driven individualsExcellent opportunity to polish your skillPotential for a permanent positionThe Job!You will be responsible for managing end-to-end event venue planning, from client intake through to event day support as well as other administrative and facility-related tasks.Assisting with the setup and teardown of internal meetings, including preparing food and beverage service for guestsAssisting in creating and hosting quality activities (like holidays or socials)Assisting with event sales inquiriesMonitoring and responding to vendor inquiries, processing activity permits, and coordinating with the security team to ensure seamless access and complianceManaging vendor and contract coordination, including scheduling for installations, deliveries, and on-site workFacilitating interactions between tenants, vendors, and building staff to maintain efficient operations and high-quality serviceEnsuring all vendor requests are processed within a strict 24-hour turnaround time to meet operational demandsMaintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications and interactions, as some tenants invest millions in rental space and expect exceptional serviceOther ad-hoc tasks, such as reception coverages, as necessaryWhat you bring to the job:The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing and confident.
