**Project Controls Specialist** Scheduling project resources for the job site, analyzing the schedule and helping determine execution strategies are key responsibilities of this position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years'' experience with P6 Scheduling and associated project controls duties. Previous experience with shutdown scheduling is also preferred. This role requires expert Microsoft Excel and Word competency, including preparing project graphs and reports. Steel Construction estimating skills and exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, are essential. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess time management skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to contribute new ideas that improve quality and efficiency.
