Site Superintendent As a Site Superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of construction projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily field operations, including scheduling trades, managing materials and deliveries, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have relative work experience as a site superintendent in commercial/retail/hospitality construction, with a strong understanding of the building process from start to finish. They must be able to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and consultants, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is highly desirable. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing updated drawings and details, collecting progress reports, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure projects are being built to the latest set of plans and specifications. You may also be required to perform miscellaneous carpentry work, site organization, and general clean-up, depending on the size and scope of each project. Travel may be required for certain projects, but your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with paid travel to and from job sites on a weekly basis.
