**Product Strategy Director, Biometrics** A visionary leader is sought to spearhead the development of biometric solutions. As Product Strategy Director, Biometrics, you will be responsible for guiding the product vision and ensuring its alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product development methodologies and practices, as well as experience in IT-related positions. A strong background in strategic planning, market research, and stakeholder management is essential. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features, overseeing product development, and gathering customer feedback to guide product enhancements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is preferred, along with 10+ years of experience in an IT-related position. Fluency in English is mandatory, and French proficiency is an asset. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that requires international travel approximately 6-8 weeks per year. The ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance is also necessary.
