Triage and assign casework to appropriate staff, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Oversee the running of the constituency office, including health and safety protocols. Constituent Services: Manage constituents visiting, calling, and writing to the constituency office. Engage with constituents in an empathetic and thoughtful manner.
