Job Description

Warehouse Transformation Specialist The Warehouse Transformation Manager plays a crucial role in standardizing operations and creating SOPs across 4-5 Forward staging Locations (FSLs). This position will focus on influencing and driving transformation initiatives without direct management of the FSLs. Key Responsibilities: - Standardization of Operations: Implement and maintain standardized processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all FSLs. - SOP Creation: Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide warehouse operations and ensure compliance with best practices. - Influence Management: Work closely with FSL managers and staff to influence and drive transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption. - Warehouse Transformation: Lead warehouse transformation projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and overall operations. - 5S Management: Implement and maintain the 5S methodology to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field. Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools. Additional Requirements: - Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Strong analytical abilities and project management background. - Self-starter and independent performer. - Experienced at managing direct reports. - Established and measurable success in delivering continuous improvement, implementing systems, best practices sharing, delivering consistent brilliant customer service. - Proficient at using MS Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word. - Knowledge of 5S methodology for workplace organization.
