**Hotel Room Management Expert** At our hotel, we''re dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Rooms Controller, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering top-notch service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** Oversee the allocation and management of guest rooms, ensuring optimal occupancy levels and coordinating with housekeeping and front desk staff. Manage room inventory effectively, handle reservations, and address any issues that may arise during a guest''s stay. Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. **Requirements & Qualifications:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in hospitality management or a related field is a plus. At least one year of Front Desk experience or equivalent schooling in hospitality management; prior hospitality and/or communications experience preferred. Ability to meticulously manage room inventory, reservations, and guest preferences to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
