**Biometric Solutions Lead** We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of innovative biometric solutions. As Biometric Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for defining and refining the product vision, developing comprehensive product strategies, and ensuring successful product development and market performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems, product road-mapping, and feature prioritization. Experience in Agile development methodology and knowledge of MS 0365 and MS Project are highly desirable. This role involves conducting extensive market research, analyzing industry trends, and performing competitive analysis to assess rival products. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. A Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is preferred, along with 10+ years of experience in an IT-related position. Fluency in English is mandatory, and French proficiency is an asset. This is a hybrid work opportunity that requires occasional travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
