**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the operational team to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of products. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for communicating proper regulations to be carried out by employees ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and all other regulatory compliance. Be the company champion, showing leadership through annual audits, training and monitoring the company safety in compliance with Environmental Health and Safety procedures. Ensure a leadership role in efficient practices and quality products as needed. Lead the operational team in the use of innovative technology, creating efficiencies as needed. Effectively communicate with farm, logistics and sales team to meet supply chain demands. Responsible for managing all aspects of inventory (i.e. count, Q&A and rotation). Key Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. A community college diploma or equivalent qualification. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
