Join us in building and celebrating the value of Amazon Business for buyers and sellers of all sizes, unlocking our potential worldwide.The Amazon Business Enablement, Change Management, and Communications (ECMC) Team is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead for our Canadian sales team. This role involves building and delivering sales-focused training content for customer-facing sales roles and driving their success with enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and/or enablement background, excellent program management skills, and experience designing and delivering high-quality sales training programs. Responsibilities include designing engaging new hire training programs and collaborating with the broader sales enablement team to remove barriers and accelerate seller success.This role is based in Toronto, CA, and is an in-office position.Key job responsibilitiesOwn the design, development, and delivery of various sales enablement programs, such as onboarding and continuous learning, and communicate results and business impact to leadership.Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to facilitate agile, two-way communication and promote inclusive learning assets.Design and develop compelling business content based on skills requirements, stakeholder interviews, and adult learning principles.Create and implement innovative, scalable learning programs using instructional design principles like ADDIE.Develop and maintain blended learning solutions utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Figma, and others.Manage internal LMS to ensure content accuracy and relevance, leveraging various learning technologies.Influence sales leadership to align around sales enablement initiatives.Minimum qualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent5+ years of program or project management experienceProven ability to use data and metrics with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessionsExperience onboarding new employees and supporting ongoing developmentPreferred qualificationsExperience presenting to senior leadershipPMP or master's degree in relevant fields such as business, operations, or instructional designExperience addressing knowledge and performance needs in retail environmentsDesigning and delivering knowledge bases and in-app learning solutionsDeveloping solutions with industry trends like AI, VR, ARUsing data visualization tools to surface KPIs and impact analysisAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
