**About the Role** We are seeking a motivated and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our plant and building facilities, including supervising building security operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing parts inventory, ordering replacement parts, and modifying PM checklists to improve effectiveness. Additionally, you will work closely with external contractors to ensure timely service and maintain records for audits and ISO compliance. **Key Requirements:** 5-10 years of facilities supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with large-scale facility projects and equipment upgrades Industrial Electrician/Mechanic License or equivalent technical certification/diploma Ability to manage and motivate experienced maintenance personnel Well-versed in production equipment (stamping presses, injection moulding machines, welders, robotics, general assembly)
