Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch/Administrator to oversee contract management and administrative processes for residential waste collection services in the Belleville/Trenton area. This role involves maintaining contract compliance, coordinating with internal teams and municipal representatives, and ensuring efficient service execution. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in contract management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Contract Administration: Manage and maintain residential waste collection contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal teams and municipal partners. Prepare and review reports related to service performance, contract obligations, and compliance metrics. Assist in contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations. Work closely with dispatch, operations, and finance teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual commitments. Support the resolution of service discrepancies, missed collections, and customer concerns. Monitor contract performance, tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement. Assist with route scheduling adjustments to ensure efficient service execution. Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, and supporting documents. Review and reconcile daily service reports, invoices, and work orders. Coordinate with the operations team to address maintenance requests and scheduling of necessary repairs. Support the preparation of reports and presentations for management and municipal stakeholders. Ensure all services meet municipal contract requirements and regulatory standards. Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to uphold workplace safety and environmental regulations. Assist in preparing documentation for audits and contract reviews. Requirements Experience: Previous experience in contract administration, waste management, or municipal services preferred. Education: Post-secondary education in business administration, contract management, or a related field is an asset. Skills: Strong administrative and organizational abilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-Oriented: Ability to review and manage contract details with accuracy. Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and customer service teams. Availability: Flexibility to work occasional extended hours or weekends based on contract demands and operational requirements.
