Here are some of the responsibilities: Solve system user problems and resolve customer questions and issues Work in both English and French Solve challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approach Help Canadian clients understand the options and possibilities for how they can use the highly configurable and complex software systems Identify and gather ideas for new functionality and services Visit customers to identify opportunities for improved use of the platform Support other teams in testing new releases Demonstrate application functionality and technical solutions to clients Requirements for the role: Excellent communication skills in both English and French Full right to work in Canada and willingness to attend the office in Victoria Good problem solver with a logical approach, well organized and practical Great aptitude for Mathematics Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others Some previous client-facing experience e.g. in retail or hospitality would be a bonus A starting salary in excess of CAD50,000 p.a. is offered, as well as competitive benefits and an option to work remotely up to 3 days a week after probation period (4 months).
