About the Job We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Member Services department, you will provide administrative support and services to our members. Sorting and categorizing member inquiries Responding to member requests for forms and information documents Member account maintenance such as address updates and status changes Key Responsibilities Provide support for the Member Services team by performing various duties such as: Providing application and information packages to new and existing members FOLLOWING up on incomplete member information Updating member contact information, maintaining a current database Management of all incoming and outgoing mail, including processing of claim submissions received Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous administrative experience and/or current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program Education or experience in data administration is an asset Demonstrated commitment to meeting stakeholder needs in a service-oriented environment
