Job description The Dauphin Veterinary Clinic is seeking a customer service superstar to join our team as a front desk Veterinary Receptionist . As a receptionist, you are the heart of our practice. You create first and last impressions for clients, providing comfort and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. Important tasks performed by the reception team include: Veterinary reception and administrative duties Maintaining and cleaning the clinic Adhering to inventory control protocols Advising clients on animal nutrition and routine healthcare (training provided) Must be comfortable with technology and learning various computer systems The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in customer service . Although we are a veterinary clinic, our clients keep us in business.
