We serve our clients globally through our independent agent-owned offices, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the world.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator - Road Import/Export located in Mississauga, ON. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods by road, handling import and export documentation including customs, managing inventory and customs releases. Addtional duties will be invoicing all shipments, and sometimes quoting jobs. Day-to-day tasks include booking pickups & deliveries, tracking shipments, communicating with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and solving any logistical issues that may arise.QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Supply Chain Management experienceStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience with import and export processes and documentationExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certifications or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus
