Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Analyst, Client & Product Solutions to join our Client & Product Solutions team.As an Analyst, Client & Product Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting RPIAs institutional and private client business development efforts by leading the coordination and preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). Reporting to the Co-Head of Client & Product Solutions, you will work closely with Sales, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compelling responses that reflect RPIAs capabilities and value proposition. Your work will directly support the continued growth of the firms client base and institutional relationships.The duties and responsibilities of the Analyst, Client & Product Solutions include but are not limited to:RFP and DDQ Management: Leads the end-to-end coordination and completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for prospective and existing clients.Project Management: Manages the contributions of cross-functional teams and monitors submission timelines, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and completed on time.Content Maintenance: Maintains and updates the firms RFP/DDQ content library to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in response delivery.Brand Alignment: Ensures responses align with RPIAs brand, investment philosophy, and risk management approach.Process Enhancement: Supports continuous improvement of the firms RFP and DDQ processes, identifying areas for streamlining and automation where appropriate.Team Support: Assists with ad hoc projects or client material preparation in support of the business development team.Critical CompetenciesCommunication Demonstrates strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, high-impact messaging tailored to sophisticated clients.Collaboration Strong aptitude for working collaboratively with business partners and both internal and external stakeholders.
