The portfolio is largely industrial, complemented by a selection of office and retail properties. Your new role This role supports various areas including sending invoices, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and preparing financial reports. It also involves creating lease documents, issuing notices for maintenance and inspections, updating property logs, and assisting with compliance reporting. The role ensures smooth tenant communication, manages contact and access systems, handles service requests, and maintains organized records and files.
