Job Title

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vehicle maintenance shop. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanics and be able to supervise and coordinate a team of technicians to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced. Responsibilities: Supervise and train vehicle maintenance technicians Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair history Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to improve vehicle reliability and reduce downtime Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in automotive technology an asset 5+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Work Environment: This role is based in a fast-paced vehicle maintenance shop environment and requires the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
