Bilingual Physical Security Incident Reporting Specialist This is an 8-month contract role. Works onsite at our clients Toronto, Ontario office. Job Description: This role involves working within the Physical Security - Incident Reporting Centre (IRC) to ensure the safety and security needs of the Bank are met. The position requires reporting and triaging security-related incidents, monitoring threats, and ensuring departmental goals are achieved. Responsibilities: - Monitor for and identify threats, trends, and incidents affecting security - Write detailed reports with an understanding of critical incident escalation - Handle sensitive and confidential information - Consult on policy and procedure documentation - Coordinate security guards as needed - Monitor access control systems and respond to alarms or breaches - Liaise with emergency services during emergencies - Conduct open-source research for intelligence products - Support process improvement opportunities Bilingual Physical Security Incident Reporting Specialist - Mandatory Skills: - Customer service experience - Bilingual in French and English - Relevant work experience in a security or call center environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Strong documentation and report writing skills - Ability to work in a 24-hour department - Strong attention to detail Bilingual Physical Security Incident Reporting Specialist Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience in contact call center or dispatch operations - Banking experience - Shift work experience in a 24-hour operation - Strong communication skills - Problem-solving abilities
