Bilingual Physical Security Incident Reporting Specialist This is an 8-month contract role. Works onsite at our clients Toronto, Ontario office. Job Description: This role involves working within the Physical Security - Incident Reporting Centre (IRC) to ensure the safety and security needs of the Bank are met. The position requires reporting and triaging security-related incidents, monitoring threats, and ensuring departmental goals are achieved. Responsibilities: Monitor for and identify threats, trends, and incidents affecting security Write detailed reports with an understanding of critical incident escalation Handle sensitive and confidential information Consult on policy and procedure documentation Coordinate security guards as needed Monitor access control systems and respond to alarms or breaches Liaise with emergency services during emergencies Conduct open-source research for intelligence products Support process improvement opportunities Bilingual Physical Security Incident Reporting Specialist - Mandatory Skills: Customer service experience Bilingual in French and English Relevant work experience in a security or call center environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong documentation and report writing skills Ability to work in a 24-hour department Strong attention to detail Bilingual Physical Security Incident Reporting Specialist Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in contact call center or dispatch operations Banking experience Shift work experience in a 24-hour operation Strong communication skills Problem-solving abilities
