Insight Global is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a growing Medical Aesthetics Spa in the St. Cathartines area, dedicated to providing exceptional skincare treatments and services. We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Medical Receptionist to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Appointment Management: Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Client Communication: Follow up with new leads from the contact page, answer general client questions, and ensure clients complete necessary forms. Client Check-In/Out: Check clients in, take Before & After photos, and process payments using electronic medical records and credit card payment systems. Customer Service: Promote skincare products, provide general customer service, and encourage clients to leave Google reviews. Social Media Management: Create and post promotional content on Instagram and Facebook. Clinic Maintenance: Stock clinic supplies, clean the clinic at the end of each shift, and manage inventory. Flexibility: Work a minimum of 6 hours per day (9 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday) with occasional Saturdays and extended hours based on client bookings. Qualifications: Customer Service Skills, comfortable talking on the phone. Interest in Medical Aesthetics: Willingness to learn about skincare products and treatments.
