The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of search methods, techniques, and tools associated with retrieving and evaluating information. They will also possess extensive experience in conducting in-depth searches using print and online sources. In addition, they will be proficient in written English and French. Key Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: A master''s degree in library and information studies from an ALA-accredited program. Extensive experience in providing reference and information services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Canadian Parliament and its operations. They will also be familiar with the principles and practices of reference services and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
