''> ''> Compensation & Benefits Management (20%): ''> ''> Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the Alberta market and compliance with relevant regulations. ''> Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments to attract and retain talent. ''> Develop and manage performance management systems to evaluate and recognize employee contributions. ''> ''> Training & Development (20%): ''> ''> Assess training needs and create programs for skill development and career growth.
