We are assisting our client a leader in the Aerospace/Defense industry in their search for S Licensed Technicians for a contract opportunity in Trenton, ON. Contract: June 30th - October 3rd, 2025 Their duties include but are not limited to: Performance of work, up to and including certification with approved processes. Reporting any un-airworthy conditions discovered (including Service Difficulties). Utilizing certified/calibrated standard measuring and test equipment. Marshalling, fueling and towing of aircraft. Maintaining a clean work area Assuming responsibility for his work as indicated by his signature/st Performing duties such as repair, modification and maintenance of aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance procedures; Reporting any un-airworthy conditions discovered; Familiarization of the MPM and related processes; Participating in the Safety Management System Program Committee on Aircraft, if requested. Carry out duties according to the appropriate maintenance policy manual and ensure conformity to Transport Canada regulatory standards; Adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety regulations at all times; QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer-Structures program from a recognized Canadian institute; Possess a valid AME-S license; Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong organizational skills; - Must be attentive to detail and demonstrate professional pride in ensuring the end product meets or exceeds Transport Canadas/Manufacturers criteria; Experience working on the A310 with endorsement is considered an asset; Have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team environment; Ability to be productive and multi-task in a demanding work environment; Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills; Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Eligibility Criteria: Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program; Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status
