In this critical role, youll be responsible for deeply understanding clients business issues and goals, becoming the trusted go to person for clients, acting as a subject matter expert both internally and externally on the Amazon ads ecosystem. Youll succeed if youre a natural leader, have exceptional communication and organizational skills, and are a creative problem solver with an instinct to use data.What You Will Do:Utilize your experience in digital media channels for maximum impact, specifically within the retail media networkAct as a senior point of contact for assigned client portfolio, with accountability for client success; interface with client leadership regularly, leading discussions with executive leadershipPartner with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints, and build digital strategies to address these areasBe accountable for the successful delivery of marketing/media services for assigned client(s), interfacing regularly with key client contactsDirectly lead a team of Associate Directors, Managers and Analysts, and provide strategic guidance across Keplers functional teamsBe a strategic expert on digital media planning, tactics and measurement -- leading the team (internal and client) through media planning, tactic selection, partner negotiation, campaign design, ad ops and measurementWork closely with other Kepler team members to design and execute sophisticated programs that deliver breakthrough client resultsDesired Skills and Experience:8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy/consulting, or brand managementExperience leading cross-functional teams, both directly and indirectly4+ years experience in Amazon Sponsored ads and DSP, and/or similar retail media network experience is requiredStrategic planning experience within retail media and managing performance media campaigns on AmazonExperience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis, as well as retail media tools (Pacvue, Skai, CommerceIQ, etc.)Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challengesAbility to do what it takes and manage a complex workload that spans program execution, analysis, and client communicationsExcellent listening and communication skills with strong ability to create and build relationshipsAbility to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative team environmentTransparency is fundamental to Keplers culture.
