Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as clients'''' primary point of contact, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships. Understand clients'''' business objectives, goals, and challenges to provide strategic guidance and solutions. Act as an advocate for the client within the agency, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Drive impactful client strategies and have the creative autonomy to develop and pitch innovative ideas that align with our clients goals. Project Management: Accountable for the execution of advertising campaigns, projects, and deliverables from inception to completion with the support of a coordinator. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, paid, and strategy, to develop and implement client strategies. Support the coordinator in managing project timelines, creating briefs, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and adherence to client requirements. Be a part of agency-driven initiatives to improve internal processes, enhance collaboration, and shape the direction of our work. Campaign Planning and Strategy: Work closely with clients to develop comprehensive briefs and project scopes that align with their marketing objectives and target audience. Develop strategic advertising and marketing plans that leverage various channels, platforms, and tactics to achieve client goals. Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends, market research, and campaign performance analysis. Work alongside notable figures across industries such as entertainment, sports, and e-commerce to craft unique, high-impact campaigns. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and financials, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency while delivering high-quality work. Monitor project expenses, reconcile budgets, and address any discrepancies or issues proactively. Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions. Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign results, trends, and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with internal teams to implement data-driven optimizations and improvements based on performance analysis. Client Satisfaction and Retention: Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention. Anticipate potential issues or challenges and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks and maintain positive client relationships. Seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue and account growth. Industry and Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in advertising and marketing. Share industry insights and best practices with clients to help them stay ahead of the curve and achieve their business objectives. Team Leadership and Collaboration : Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the account team and across the agency. Ensure all account teams operate cohesively, aligning on processes, tools, documentation, etc., to benefit all business units.
